Principles of high frequency heating
The principle is based on occurrence of heat in resistance components of metal as the secondary current is induced through the surface of the heated object due to magnetic field created by currents on heating coil from AC power. As frequency gets higher, it leads currents to be excessively concentrated on the surface of the heated object and the heated object only, which increases electrical resistance equivalently and improves relative efficiency.
